A banana based smoothie with cashews that ends up tasting like a salted caramel milkshake.
By Vanessa Vickery
I am pretty excited about today’s recipe – Salted Caramel Smoothie. I first tried one of these awesome smoothies at the Paleo Cafe in Newcastle and I knew that I had to recreate it and share with you.
This smoothie is a great option, if you are after a sweet treat with plenty of nutrition and is super easy to make (as all smoothies generally are). It is also gluten, dairy and refined sugar free so it is winning on many fronts.
If you are after more smoothie options, then you should check out my collection HERE. I have been building up quite a decent selection of smoothies over the past 16 months.
