Three Bridges had a brilliant idea. Ravioli nachos. We’re in love! We used a mix of their triple cheese and spinach and cheese ravioli to make this fun take on nachos. It’s the perfect hearty pan to serve as you watch your next football game or hang out with your friends on a night in.

Description
Crispy ravioli replaces tortilla chips in this fun twist on nachos. Loaded with cheese, meat, and all your favorite toppings!
Ingredients
- 1 lbs (454 g) ground meat or sausage
- 1 (454 g) packages of Ravioli
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups (473 ml) Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 jalapeño
- 2 scallions
- 1 cups (237 ml) cheese
- 1/4 cup olives
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1/2 of a lime
- Sour cream
- Marinara sauce
Instructions
- Boil ravioli according to package instructions.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (204°C) or fire up your broiler.
- Line a sheet pan.
- Place ravioli on the sheet pan or in an oiled skillet.
- Toss ravioli with oil and breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 425°F (204°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and starting to color, tossing once halfway through. Alternatively, broil for 5-10 minutes, watching carefully until crispy and starting to color.
- Remove from oven and top with ground meat, jalapeño slices, scallion slices, and grated cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5-10 more minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with sliced olives, tomatoes, avocado, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Serve with sour cream and marinara sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispy ravioli, use a baking sheet with a wire rack to allow air to circulate.
- Substitute your favorite cheese blend for the specified cheese.
