- ½ cup 90 g almonds
- 1 cup 250 g packed prunes
- 1 Tbsp 12 g chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup 45 g shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a food processor, process almonds until coarsely ground. Add prunes, chia seeds, orange zest, and salt, and process until the mixture is evenly mixed and forms a ball.
- Form teaspoon sized pieces of dough into balls and roll in the shredded coconut to coat.
