Description

A perfect cocktail for Cinco de Mayo, Dia de los Muertos, or just just any old Tuesday.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Mezcal ((We used Gracias a Dios Mezcal Espadín))
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Agave syrup
  • 3/4 oz Ginger juice
  • Ginger beer

Instructions

  1. Stir mezcal, lemon juice, agave syrup and ginger juice together.
  2. Pour over ice
  3. Top with ginger beer
