- 2 oz Mezcal ((We used Gracias a Dios Mezcal Espadín))
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Agave syrup
- 3/4 oz Ginger juice
- Ginger beer
Instructions
- Stir mezcal, lemon juice, agave syrup and ginger juice together.
- Pour over ice
- Top with ginger beer
