Italian Antipasti Platter with Prosciutto Di Parma

  • 12 Ounces Prosciutto di Parma
  • 1 Demi Baguette, toasted and sliced
  • Radicchio leaves
  • Parmigiano Regiano, broken into chunks
  • Provolone, sliced into wedges
  • Fresh mozzarella pearls
  • Pesto
  • Marinated artichokes
  • Black olives
  • Roasted peppers
  • Pepperonici
  • Calabrian chilies
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Breadsticks or Grissini
For the Tomato Salad
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 Basil leaves, chiffonade
  • ½ Teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Make the tomato salad. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Assemble the platter. Make piles of each of the vegetables, the cheese and the prosciutto on a large platter keeping the Calabrian chiles and the fresh mozzarella in separate bowls. Spoon the pesto over the fresh mozzarella. Reserve a few pieces of prosciutto and wrap them around bread sticks.
  3. Serve with the toasted bread.
