Description
Serve this easy appetizer of creamy baked brie with sweet blackberries, earthy thyme and a cool glass of Pinot Grigio.
Ingredients
- Brie Cheese – 1 Wheel
- Blackberries – 100 gms
- Thyme – Few sprigs
- Crackers – for the side
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 180C
- Take out the Cheese from its packing and remove the Cheese cover using a sharp knife
- Using a sharp knife score the top rind of the cheese in a criss cross pattern
- Place the cheese back in its wooden container
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is soft and runny
- Top with blackberries and let it rest for 5 minutes
- Serve with wine and crackers
