Baked Cheese Wrapped in Parma Ham

A simple appetizer to make, wrap Brie or Alpino cheese in Parma ham and bake. Grab ciabatta or apple slices and get ready to scoop of the warm cheese.

Grab a wheal of Brie or a similar Italian version with the same rind, one kind is Alpino, and wrap in Parma ham or prosciutto. Bake on a lined sheet pan at 350F for about ten minutes. Remove from the oven, cut in and start eating!
