- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 356°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, unbleached all-purpose flour, flax seeds, black sesame seeds, and salt.
- Add the olive oil and cold water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and roll it out as thin as possible.
- Sprinkle the rolled dough with a little extra salt, if desired.
- Cut the dough into desired shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
- Place the cut dough pieces onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
