Description

Rich and creamy Mudslide Popsicles with a strong coffee flavor, perfect for a boozy summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate milk
  • 1/3 cup Kahlua
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee (use one with a good strong flavor like Starbucks Via French Roast)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup chocolate ice cream, 1/2 cup chocolate milk, 1/3 cup Kahlua, 1/4 cup vodka, 1/4 cup Irish cream, and 1 teaspoon instant coffee.
  2. Whisk the mixture until the ice cream is fully melted and all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer to filter out any small clumps of instant coffee.
  4. Fill popsicle molds with the mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, use a robust instant coffee like Starbucks Via French Roast. Ensure the mixture is well combined to prevent separation during freezing. These popsicles are best enjoyed immediately after being released from the molds. Store any leftovers in the freezer for up to a week.
