Instructions
- Empty the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl.
- Roughly chop the pistachios.
- Dry toast the pistachios in a pan over medium-low heat until they are slightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Let the toasted pistachios cool in a separate bowl for 1-2 minutes.

- Drizzle honey generously over the yogurt and pistachios.
