Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 176°C).
- Melt the butter in a 9-inch cast iron skillet over low heat.
- Once the butter is melted, stir in the brown sugar and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and even.
- Remove the skillet from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.

- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chunks and caramel pieces evenly throughout the dough.
- Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set but still soft.
- Allow the cookie to cool slightly before serving warm, directly from the skillet.
