- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp honey

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, yeast and honey. Let sit for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the melted butter over the dough and sprinkle the sugar mixture on top.
- Roll the dough tightly, starting from the long side, and cut into 12 equal slices.
- Place the buns in the prepared baking pan and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, honey, and water to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm buns.
