- 2 to 4 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, minced anchovy fillets, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- Add the lemon juice and whisk again until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.

Notes
For a thicker dressing, reduce the amount of lemon juice. Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. If you prefer a more intense anchovy flavor, use 4 fillets instead of 2. This dressing pairs well with hearty greens like kale and frisée.
