Description
This is the perfect recipe for a gluten-free Thanksgiving and it is delicious stirred into your oatmeal the next day, too.

- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch sea salt
- 6 large chopped apples
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 ½ tsp. coconut flour
- 1 cup chopped raw walnut halves
- 1 cup KIND Healthy Grains Clusters, or other granola
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, plus more for greasing dish.
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
- Fresh lemon zest
- ½ tablespoons coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare an 8×8 dish with coconut oil; set aside.
- Mix the maple syrup, lemon juice, arrowroot powder, cinnamon, and sea salt in a large bowl.
- Place apples and maple syrup in the baking dish and toss to coat. Add almond flour, coconut flour, walnuts, granola clusters, coconut oil, maple syrup and sea salt; toss with apples.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Remove from oven; set aside to cool for 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh lemon zest and coconut flakes.
