Description
This raspberry panini is pressed until crispy on the outside and filled with warm raspberry preserves and cream cheese on the inside. In only five ingredients and five minutes, you could have a delicious brunch treat.

- 2 slices Challah bread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1–2 tbsp Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves
- 1/2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat panini press to medium-high.
- Spread cream cheese over one side of one of the Challah slices.
- Spread Bonne Maman raspberry preserves over one side of one of the Challah slices.
- Place the slice with cream cheese on top of the one with preserves, cream cheese side facing the preserves.
- Brush bread with melted butter on the outside.
- Toast sandwich in the press until golden.
- Remove, cut in half and serve.
