- 1 unbaked pie crust for 9? pie
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Beat eggs, sugars, butter and vanilla.
- Add the flour, salt and stir well.
- Stir in the chips and nuts.
- Pour into pie crust and bake 50-55 minutes.
- Allow to cool 20-25 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm or room temperature
