Description
These Chicken Caesar Sliders combine grilled chicken with a quick Caesar dressing on soft bread rolls, perfect for casual dinners or parties.

- 8 small bread rolls
- 3 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for brushing
- 2 handfuls of shaved Parmesan cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- 6-9 anchovies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste (for dressing)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush them with olive oil.
- Grill the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- While the chicken is resting, prepare the Caesar dressing by finely chopping the anchovies and garlic. In a bowl, mix them with mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the grilled chicken into thin slices.
- Cut the bread rolls in half and spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each roll.
- Place lettuce leaves on top of the dressing, followed by slices of grilled chicken.
- Top with shaved Parmesan cheese and cover with the top half of the roll.
- Serve the sliders warm or cold, as desired.
Notes
These sliders can be served warm or cold, making them versatile for different occasions. You can add cooked egg or bacon for extra flavor, but they are delicious as is. Store any leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
