Cocada de Tabuleiro is a delicious traditional Brazilian dessert made primarily from shredded coconut and sugar.

- 1 spoonful of butter
- 0.5 cups of coconut milk
- 8.5 cups of condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups of grated coconut
- 2 cups + 2 tablespoons of milk
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until it becomes homogeneous. Transfer to individual round baking pans.
- Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for half an hour. Remove.
- Plate up while is still warm and serve with a scoop of ice cream to top the cocada.
