Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dream Boosted Almond
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 apple, chopped

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the chopped apple, to a mason jar with a lid.
  2. Shake well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Place the jar in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and give the oats a good stir.
  5. Top with chopped apple and enjoy your nutritious breakfast.

Notes

For added sweetness, use honey instead of maple syrup. The oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Feel free to experiment with different fruit toppings or nuts for variety.
