Baked Truffle Ricotta Spread

An easy appetizer perfect for the holidays, baked ricotta is combined with lemon zest, truffle oil, and red pepper flakes for a delicious bite with bread.

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. white truffle oil
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • fresh cracked pepper and salt to taste
  • ciabatta bread for dipping!


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. bake in an ovenproof serving dish or baking pan (like this cute mini skillet!) on 400 degrees for around 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and browning on top. warm up your ciabatta bread with a little sprinkle of olive oil and cracked sea salt, and dip in!
