Course Beer, Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • .75 part Honey
  • .75 part yuzu juice
  • 1 part Sake
  • 1 part Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 2 parts Sapporo Light or another light-bodied lager, chilled
  • Crushed ice
  • Honey to drizzle, optional
  • Salt to rim

Instructions
 

  • Salt the rim of the glass.
  • Stir together the honey, yuzu juice, sake, and Triple Sec.
  • Shake well with ice.
  • Strain and stir in the beer.
  • Serve over a glass of crushed ice. Top with more honey if desired.
