Servings 1 drink


  • 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Pear Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Partida Añejo Tequila
  • 3 Tablespoons 1.5 ounces Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 2 Tablespoons 1 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger sliced

To Garnish

  • Rosemary Salt
  • Rosemary Salt You can make your own by crushing a rosemary and mixing with salt
  • A slice of pear or lime optional



  • Rim the glass with lime juice and the rosemary salt.
  • Shake all the ingredients, except fresh pear and the salt with ice in a cocktail shaker until the outside of the shaker is cold.
  • Strain into a glass over rocks, or “up”.
  • Garnish with a slice of pear or fresh rosemary if desired.
