A deliciously rich Sauvignon Blanc from Adobe Road that isn’t your usual grassy Sauvignon Blanc suspect.
Adobe Road Sauvignon Blanc 2012 – This is a lovely, round Sauvignon Blanc with lots of body and a delicious hint of yellow fruit. With the addition of Semillon, the wine isn’t your usual grassy Sauvignon Blanc suspect, but rather buttery with lots of honey – without becoming too sweet or imposing. I really like this wine, and considering it retails at around $24 – I think it is a bargain.
