Ultimate Breakfast Grilled Cheese

Stuffed with wild blueberry preserves and goat cheese, this sandwich is a simple morning delight packed with flavor.


  • 4 slices of your favorite bread (gluten-free as desired)
  • 23 tablespoons Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserve
  • 3 oz. spreadable goat cheese or brie or 2 slice of another favorite cheese
  • Softened butter (to spread on bread)


  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Evenly place slices of cheese on unbuttered side of two slices of the bread. Spread preserves evenly on the bread slices. Top with remaining slice of buttered bread.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Place sandwich, butter side down, in pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly toasted and cheese melts. Remove from pan and cut sandwich in half, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
