A simple summer appetizer with a Rosado wine.
- 1 baguette, sliced into 2 inch slices
- 4 ounces soft goat cheese
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup basil leaves, chopped
- ¼ cup local honey
- In a small bowl, gently mix goat cheese, walnuts, and basil leaves. Generously spoon mixture on top of baguette slices. Drizzle with honey and serve.
