Description

The lovely combination of whiskey, fruit, and kombucha comes together in two elegant drinks that are full of life and good energies.


Ingredients

Pomegranate Cocktail

  • 4 Ounces Kombucha
  • 2 Ounces Whiskey
  • Seeds of 1/4 pomegranate
  • Several ice cubes

Minty Lime Kombucha Cocktail

  • 4Ounces Kombucha
  • 2 Ounces Whiskey
  • 5-6 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon Agave
  • Juice of half of lime
  • Several Ice Cubes


Instructions

Pomegranate Cocktail

  1. To remove seeds, slice pomegranate in quarters. Gently scoop seeds into a bowl by using a spoon. To protect counter, and yourself, use a kitchen cloth on the counter and wear an apron, pomegranates are very messy.
  2. Place seeds in a glass and pour whiskey and kombucha.
  3. When ready to serve, add ice cubes.

Minty Lime Kombucha Cocktail

  1. Thinly slice mint leaves.
  2. Place in bottom of serving glass with juice of half a lemon and several drops of agave.
  3. Using a mortar mash for several seconds.
  4. Add Kombucha and whiskey.
  5. When ready to serve, add ice cubes.
