A subtly spicy drink perfect to kick off the beginning of summer.
When my dad was here, we found watermelon juice in the store and I obviously had to grab it. We both absolutely loved it and drank it all throughout the weekend. I found that mixing it with some pineapple juice and adding a few slices of fresh jalapenos made it into one seriously awesome drink. If you can’t find watermelon juice, it’s not a problem. Take a few slices of watermelon and blend them until smooth, then strain the juice. It’s simple and fool-proof. If you are scared of the jalapenos being too spicy, you can leave them out, but I like the little bit of heat that they add to the drink; it’s subtle, yet keeps you coming back for more. This is the perfect drink to kick off the beginning of summer.
