Description

Sweet summer treat! Grilled peaches filled with chocolate and marshmallows, all on a stick.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large peaches (halved and pit removed)
  • 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 56 mini marshmallows
  • 1 graham cracker (crumbed)

Instructions

  1. Slice each peach in half. Remove the pit and carve out a bit of the center using a spoon or melon baller.
  2. Brush peach halves with a bit of oil.
  3. Grill on medium heat (gas grill or grill pan) or on the coolest edges of a charcoal grill until grill marks appear, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. While peaches are still hot, stuff the cavity of each peach half with 1/2 Tablespoon of chocolate chips and about 7 mini marshmallows.
  5. Let the marshmallows melt slightly; place peach halves on a platter and cover with foil if necessary.
  6. Insert a stick into one end of each peach.
  7. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

Notes

  • For easier grilling, use a grill pan to prevent peaches from falling through the grates.
  • If mini marshmallows aren’t available, use regular marshmallows and cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Store leftover grilled peaches (without marshmallows) in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
