Coconut Milk & Honey Pops

A healthy coconut frozen treat without added sugar.
  • 15 ounces (443 ml) Coconut Milk
  • 3 tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded Coconut (optional)
  1. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, honey and shredded coconut (if using).
  2. Pour into the popsicle molds. It will fill four, 4 ounce (118 ml) molds.
This recipe makes four pops. It's easy to make more, just double the ingredients. The shredded coconut will sink to the bottom, but that's a good thing, you get to eat them first.
