Cranberry and Puff Pastry Bites

Serves: 12 bites
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • ½ pound brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut a puff pastry sheet in 12 equal squares (about 3x3 inches).
  3. Press the pastry squares into a mini muffin tins, creating a space inside.
  4. Cube the brie cheese and place one piece in each pastry square.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, until the pastry is done and the edges are golden/brown color.
  6. Take it out of the oven and let it cool off for a couple of minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and add ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each pastry.
  7. Top with a thyme and serve while warm.
