- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- 3 cups quick-cook oats
- 2 oz baking chocolate
- Melt the peanut butter and honey together in the microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the oats and press the mixture into a 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Microwave the baking chocolate with 1-2 tbsp of milk until smooth, being careful not to overcook. Drizzle on top of the bars.
- Refrigerate until solid!
