Tamara Novacoviç with a really simple, but delicious, idea for vegetable side dish.
By Tamara Novacoviç
I usually eat cauliflower or broccoli simply cooked in salted water and drizzled with olive oil. I so often find simple recipes to be the best, especially when I’m dealing with ingredients I really like. This time I put everything onto a baking sheet, drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper. I added garlic cloves because garlic has the most beautiful flavor when baked.

This sound so mouthwatering. I can’t wait to make it. I think it would be great if you would make it a non-veg and add some chicken. I have to try it. Thanks for the recipe.
Hi Olivia, the addition of chicken is welcome in this dish, I agree. It would then make a more complete meal!
