Bhel Puri is a chaat and savory snack that is traditionally made with puffed rice, vegetables, sev, chutneys and peanuts. In this case however, I have replaced the puffed rice with the rice krispie cereal for fun and easy crunch.

Combining hummus with the sweet bell peppers, olives, sun dried tomatoes and tangy feta cheese creates a wholesome mix of colors and flavors that are perfect for a light summer meal.
A representation of the Tanzanian landscape, this dish, uses sweet corn that is enveloped in a coconut velvety coconut sauce. To complement the curry, serve with rice.
