Ingredients

  • 2 medium red potatoes (cubed)
  • 2 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 medium onion (cut into slices)
  • 1 16 oz package <g class=”gr_ gr_50 gr-alert gr_spell gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace” id=”50″ data-gr-id=”50″>italian</g> sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over <g class=”gr_ gr_51 gr-alert gr_spell gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace” id=”51″ data-gr-id=”51″>medium high</g> heat. Add the potatoes and brown on each side (about 5 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes).
  2. Add in the bell peppers and onion, cook for about 10 minutes or until tender. In the meantime, remove the filling from the <g class=”gr_ gr_47 gr-alert gr_spell gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace” id=”47″ data-gr-id=”47″>italian</g> sausage and brown in another skillet.
  3.
