Instructions
- Wash the cantaloupe and watermelon thoroughly. Cut each fruit in half.
- Scoop the seeds out of the cantaloupe. Slice the cantaloupe half into circles.
- Using small sized cookie cutters, cut out fun shapes from the cantaloupe and watermelon slices. Place the fruit shapes into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, honey, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar until well combined.
- Pour the lemon-honey mixture over the fruit shapes and gently toss to coat.
- Garnish the fruit salad with fresh mint leaves before serving.
