Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cups (118 ml) gluten free oats
  • 3-4 pieces of ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients for one minute. Adjust consistency by adding milk for thinness or ice for thickness.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Garnish with sliced almonds, oats, and blackberries.
