Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. melted coconut oil


Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture becomes a paste.
  2. Form 2-inch bites, place in an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

*Add a scoop of protein powder to the mixture, if desired.

*Try a variety of mix-ins, like oats, peanut butter, mini dark chocolate chips or raisins.
