Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut water
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup ice blocks
  • 2 teaspoons fresh turmeric finely grated
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • coconut flakes to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a sturdy blender (all except the coconut flakes), and pulse until smooth.
  2. Add more almond milk/coconut water for a thinner drink.
  3. Garnish with coconut flakes and fresh fruit.
