Ring in the New Year with Rum Resolution

New Years Eve Cocktail New Years Eve Cocktail

Looking to jazz up your New Year’s Eve champagne toast? Try the Rum Resolution, a twist on the classic 1940s Airmail cocktail, originating in Havana, Cuba. The Rum Resolution imbues the strength of rum with flavors of honey syrup and lime to create a perfectly balanced sip of sweet, tart, and bubbly effervescence.

The secret ingredient? — SelvaRey’s White Rum. Embodying notes of citrus, vanilla, and the tropics — it might remind you of taking a bite into a creme brûlée or key lime pie. The two-year-aged rum, infused with a velvety coconut essence adds increased complexity to the light and refreshing flavor profile of this drink. Coming straight from the jungles of Panama, SelvaRey manages to evoke tropical luxury even during a frosty winter.

Why choose between a cocktail or champagne this holiday season when you can have both!? Sip it on the rocks or try creating the Rum Resolution to ring in the new year!
