- 1 1/2 pink grapefruits, rinsed and peeled
- 1 navel orange, rinsed and peeled
- 1 packed cup spinach
- 20 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 large ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel and segment the pink grapefruits and navel orange, removing any seeds.
- Add the bananas, grapefruit segments, orange segments, spinach, mint leaves, almond milk, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Ensure all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is frothy.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen bananas instead of fresh. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup. This smoothie is best consumed immediately but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving if stored.
