Loaded with kale, pineapple, banana and mint, this refreshing smoothie is ready to reset your tastebuds with delicious sweet flavor that doesn’t come from refined sugars.

This is my go-to smoothie when I’m trying to reset my tastebuds and get them to remember that healthy, natural food is delicious! It’s hard to circle back to eating more fruits and veggies once you’ve spent a few months in hibernation eating mode, so this smoothie helps me get back on track. I like to think of it as a little bit of a reset button that I can drink in the morning and start my day off right! It’s so easy (just throw things in the blender and you’re off) and super filing for a smoothie thanks to the kale and fruit!

While I used dairy milk (1%) you can easily sub in almond milk or just plain water if that’s your preference.

Yes, you can use frozen pineapple for a thicker texture and added chill. Just be sure to adjust the amount of liquid if needed.
What type of kale is best for this smoothie?
Curly kale or lacinato kale both work well, but lacinato kale has a milder flavor that blends nicely with the fruits.
Is it necessary to add banana to the Pineapple Mint Smoothie?
While banana adds creaminess and natural sweetness, you can omit it or substitute with another fruit like mango if you prefer.
