  1. Great recipe. I replaced potatoes with fried tofu and it came out great! I also made it with soft boiled potatoes and it was even better! I will be using this recipe pretty often now. Thank you so much!

  2. Just tried this recipe…….awesome! I actually wrapped some in puff pastry and put them in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius as well! Will definitely continue to use this recipe!! 5 stars!
