Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1½ tsp ground coriander
  • 1½ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Mix all spices together in a mortar. If you use any of them as whole spice, make sure to grind it thoroughly in the mortar.
  2. Transfer to a small glass container and store in cool and dry place.
