Today I whipped up a delicious gingerbread smoothie for two.
It’s perfectly creamy and has all my favorite fall flavors. I added a bit of brown sugar because my banana was not as ripe as I prefer.
Here you have it! Fresh, homemade and healthy. And in less than five minutes!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1½ tbsp molasses
- 1½ cups almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 cups ice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and run until it's smooth.
- Serve immediately.
