Description

This Gingerbread Spice Smoothie is a creamy, festive drink that captures the essence of holiday flavors with a blend of spices, molasses, and banana.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, if banana is not ripe)

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  2. Add the banana chunks, pumpkin pie spice blend, vanilla extract, molasses, almond milk, and ice into a blender.
  3. If your banana is not very ripe, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar for extra sweetness.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

If your banana is not ripe, add a tablespoon of brown sugar to enhance sweetness. This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately after blending to maintain its creamy texture. You can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
