Description

The Christmapolitan by Miracle, is a holiday cocktail with notes of elderflower and cranberry sauce. A rift on the traditional cosmopolitan, this drink is bright, crisp and simply a delicious sip of the season.

Ingredients

2 oz vodka (house)
¼ oz elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
¼ oz dry vermouth (Noilly Prat Extra Dry)
1 oz spiced cranberry sauce
½ lime juice
absinthe spritz

Instructions

Method

Spray a chilled coupe with absinthe mist.
Place all ingredients into a Miracle cocktail shaker, top with ice, shake and fine strain into the prepared coupe.

Garnish

Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
