Description

The Christmapolitan by Miracle, is a holiday cocktail with notes of elderflower and cranberry sauce. A rift on the traditional cosmopolitan, this drink is bright, crisp and simply a delicious sip of the season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz vodka (house)
  • ¼ oz elderflower liqueur (St-Germain) 
  • ¼ oz dry vermouth (Noilly Prat Extra Dry)
  • 1 oz spiced cranberry sauce
  • ½ lime juice
  • absinthe spritz 

Instructions

Method

  1. Spray a chilled coupe with absinthe mist. 
  2. Place all ingredients into a Miracle cocktail shaker, top with ice, shake and fine strain into the prepared coupe. 

Garnish

  1. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
