Ideal for larger groups or sharing – The Beach’s food menu features comfort bites like BBQ chicken satay with papaya slaw in a chili sauce, a hearty grain bowl filled with farro, quinoa, brussels sprouts  topped with homemade kale vinaigrette. For the taco lovers; basically all of New York’s population, baja fish tacos are available to order prepped with lime slaw, chipotle aoili and avocado. Beverage Director Inigo Salazar and Pastry Chef Paola Marocchi joined forces to create an oversized boozy dessert titled the Coco Colada topped with frozen coconut mousse, boozy shavings of Blue Curaco and Malibu Rum inside a hand carved chocolate coconut shell to resemble a coconut husk. The flesh or the jelly is actually coconut mousse accompanied with fresh fruit and ladled with a rum slush from the Blue Curaco and Malibu Rum.  Another crazy original cocktail one can get at the Beach is the Watermelon Keg. The watermelon is carved out to transform into a self pour margarita. Inside the fruit  watermelon juice, tequila and habanero syrup are combined curating a beachin’ drink. The drinks menu also has single serving cocktails  which includes a Smoked Moscow Mule and a Strawberry Negroni. Other fun items The Beach has are Buzz Pop Cocktails®, the indulgent adult push-pop with a healthy twist. Flavors include Moscow Mule, Blueberry and Mango Passion Fruit.
