Description

Indulge in a delightful affogato dessert featuring creamy vanilla gelato, rich espresso, and luxurious Cemoi chocolate, served with a buttery cookie for a perfect pairing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cemoi Chocolate Bar, cut into squares
  • 1 pint vanilla gelato
  • 4 shots espresso, freshly brewed
  • 4 butter cookies

Instructions

  1. Scoop a generous portion of vanilla gelato into each serving mug or glass.
  2. Pour a freshly brewed shot of espresso over the gelato in each mug, allowing it to melt slightly.
  3. Top each serving with a square of Cemoi chocolate, letting it melt into the gelato and espresso.
  4. Serve immediately with additional Cemoi chocolate squares and a butter cookie on the side.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality vanilla gelato and freshly brewed espresso. Cemoi chocolate enhances the flavor with its rich, single-source profile. Serve immediately to enjoy the contrast between hot espresso and cold gelato. You can substitute gelato with ice cream if preferred. Store any leftover chocolate in a cool, dry place.
