Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup DREAM Boosted Coconut
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • Goji berries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add 1/2 cup DREAM Boosted Coconut, 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, 2 cups baby spinach, 1/2 English cucumber, and 1 kiwi. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Divide the green smoothie mixture into two glasses.
  3. In a clean blender, add the remaining 1/2 cup DREAM Boosted Coconut and 1 cup frozen blueberries. Pulse until smooth.
  4. Gently pour the blueberry smoothie over the green smoothie in each glass to create a layered effect.
  5. Top each smoothie with slices of dragon fruit, fresh blueberries, toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, and goji berries for a terrarium-like appearance.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use more frozen blueberries or add ice cubes. Substitute any plant-based milk if DREAM Boosted Coconut is unavailable. Store any leftover smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but it’s best enjoyed fresh. Customize the toppings with your favorite seeds or nuts for added texture.
