I’d never experimented with spring rolls before but man, these are a game changer. I’ve been wanting to make some sort of green curry spring rolls for months now, but none of our spotlight ingredients lent themselves well to the idea. That is until now with our spotlight on limes! We’re using lime juice in this green curry dipping sauce and (if you can find them) kaffir lime leaves, which are a common flavor booster in Southeast Asian cuisine.
